Day Seats

We hold a small number of day seats on sold out performances, these will be released for sale on the day of the performance, the time of release may vary and the seats will be sold on a first come first served basis, on-line only.

Ticket Collection

Please collect tickets 30 minutes before curtain up.
We aim to operate a paperless system so all tickets are e-mailed to you.
The e-mail can be displayed on a smart phone or a tablet in order to gain access to the auditorium – alternatively you can print the e-mail and bring it with you. If you require tickets to be printed at the venue a 25p charge per ticket will apply at the time of booking.

Refunds, Exchanges and Returns

We do not offer any refunds. Exchanges may be available at least 24 hours prior to the performance and would incur a £2.00 administration fee per ticket.

Latecomers

Please note that on many performances for reasons of audience enjoyment and health and safety we cannot admit latecomers. Please always aim to arrive 30 minutes prior to curtain up and enjoy our Café Bar. We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on tickets for latecomers.

Ticket Touting

Ticket touting is not permitted and tickets bought via unauthorised agents will be voided. We strongly advise customers to only purchase tickets via authorised channels.
