The post holder will lead the fundraising work of the theatre, working alongside the Executive team, the Development & Producing Assistant and the Development Board to raise over £300,000 per year from individuals, events, trusts and corporate donations.

Marketing Intern (Further/ Higher education placement)
Park Theatre’s Sales & Marketing department has a rolling programme of marketing internships available to those in higher or further education who are looking to complete a placement as part of their study course. Please note this position is only open to those in higher or further education with a work placement as a requirement of their course, as this position is unpaid.
If you’re interested to learn more about what happens behind the scenes in a working theatre and how the Sales & Marketing department works to sell tickets and build audiences, please do get in touch. This position would suit someone who is enthusiastic, passionate about theatre and interested to try a career in theatre marketing on for size.
Some skills you will learn are: creating and sending email newsletters, updating and amending the company website and social media channels, researching new audiences, keeping the front of house areas well stocked and tidy, assisting with schools marketing and attending weekly marketing and team meetings.
This would be great experience in a busy working theatre, all we ask is your enthusiasm and commitment to our values.
