Marketing Manager

Park Theatre are looking for a Marketing Manager with a passion for delivering effective theatre marketing campaigns, a keen interest in developing audiences and a commitment to growing the organisation’s profile, particularly in our Park90 studio space.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager is responsible for promoting our wide range of artistic and community activity, building audiences and raising our organisation’s profile. The primary focus will be on the creation, delivery and successful outcome of marketing campaigns, this includes taking a lead on marketing for our smaller theatre Park90. The Marketing Manager will provide excellent customer service to all theatre patrons, the visiting  companies and co-producers and ensure that all revenue generating opportunities are maximised. Alongside maximising income and raising the profile of the organisation, the post holder will ensure audiences are developed and maintained in line with the organisation’s audience development strategy. The Marketing Manager will be a guardian for all aspects of Park Theatre’s brand and ensure our continuing high standards are met. The role will work closely with Sales Manager and Sales & Marketing Director, Park Theatre’s Development and Creative Learning departments.

Sales Manager

Park Theatre are looking for a Sales Manager with a passion for the principles of excellent customer service to join the Sales & Marketing team. This is a great opportunity to join the growing team at an exciting time and help the venue to succeed by maximising all revenue generating opportunities and ensuring a warm and friendly environment for customers.

The Sales Manager is responsible for managing and developing Park Theatre’s sales by achieving and improving high standards of customer service and retail practice. To provide excellent customer service to the visiting companies, co-producers and external ticket agencies and ensure that all revenue generating opportunities are maximised. To motivate and lead the box office team by a positive example, ensuring efficiency, profitability and excellent service standards are developed and maintained both back and front of house. To provide day to day management of the box office, working behind sales points and on telephones. To serve as a core member of the Park Theatre operational team and support the Marketing Manager and Sales & Marketing Director as a member of the Sales & Marketing team.
