Box Office Supervisor (Casual)
We are looking for a warm and welcoming Box Office Supervisor with exceptional customer service skills to join the Park Theatre Sales & Marketing team. The Box Office Supervisor will assist the Deputy Sales and Marketing Manager in the day-to-day operation of the theatre box office. This includes being the first point of contact for customers purchasing and collecting tickets, answering enquiries by phone and email, maintaining box office systems, policies and procedures.
You will work hard as part of the theatre’s passionate Sales & Marketing Team to achieve the vision of Park Theatre as a powerhouse of drama with a national reputation rooted in our local community. This is a casual position on a 0 hours contract (estimated average 30 hours per month).
Park Theatre’s internal box office opening hours are 3pm – 8pm Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday and 12pm – 8pm Thursday and Saturday (box office closed Sunday and Monday). The box office is manned by one box office supervisor during the shift. Park Theatre also work with Cambridge Live who provide our telephone box office services externally at a site in Cambridge from 10am – 6pm Monday – Saturday.

Cafe Bar Supervisor
Park Theatre are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a cafe bar supervisor.
You’ll be responsible for running shifts and ensuring the smooth running in the cafe bar, whilst ensure all patrons and visitors to the theatre have an outstanding customer experience.
We are looking for someone who wants to work hard to help achieve the vision of Park Theatre and establish us as a powerhouse of drama with a national reputation.

Park Theatre is excited to launch its new internship programme, in partnership with higher education organisations. We want to support emerging theatre administrators and producers with practical experience in a working theatre, by offering a three month placement working across all departments. Working particularly closely with the Assistant Producer / Assistant to the Executive, the Theatre Intern will assist in the day to day running of the theatre as well as supporting on specific projects where appropriate.
If you are in higher education and interested in a 3 month placement with Park Theatre as part of your university course, please speak to your course leader and send us a letter from your course leader confirming the internship will support your studies and the dates you are available to be an intern, along with your CV and covering letter detailing what you’d like to get out of an internship with Park Theatre.
