Community Engagement Manager
Park Theatre are looking for an outstanding individual to join our team as Community Engagement Manager. Reporting to the Executive Director, this is a new role that will develop Park Theatre’s existing Community and Creative Learning activities, as well as developing new relationships and programmes.
This is a strategic role requiring both knowledge of theatre, as well as passion for and commitment to creating the highest quality work for people in the community of Finsbury Park with its neighbouring boroughs. The post holder will be responsible for generating a high quality and varied range of participatory work for young people, and older members of the community, in the local area.

Script Accelerator Coordinator
Script Accelerator is a yearly programme supporting emerging practitioners to develop new plays. Each year producers, or theatre companies, are invited to pitch a particular play they would like to develop - and six are selected into the programme. Script Accelerator is led by Creative Director Melli Marie with the opportunity for feedback from Artistic Director Jez Bond and Executive Director Rachael Williams. Each producer will be appointed a mentee to join their team; the mentee is matched with each producer based on their interests and the skills they are eager to develop.
The coordinator role is vital to the programme linking the six selected teams to the support that Park Theatre offers. The coordinator is responsible for all preparation work on the programme which includes: scheduling, management and coordination of the space allocation for each group, mentee recruitment and mentee management and administration, industry invitations, prepping and sourcing all marketing materials (including filming, photography and creating performance programmes), evaluation of programme and maintaining good communication with all companies and Park Theatre staff. The coordinator will report to the Creative Director. The coordinator will also attend portions of the 4-week development and rehearsal time at Park Theatre and observe the various participants at work.

Senior Cafe Bar Supervisor
Responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the café & bar during shift. This includes supervising staff, stock, cashing up and delivering friendly & efficient customer service. The suitable candidate must be available evenings and weekends. This position reports to and will work closely with the Head of Food and Beverage, taking the leading position in the supervisory team.

We want to support emerging theatre administrators and producers with practical experience in a working theatre, by offering a three month placement working across all departments. Working particularly closely with the Administrator, the Theatre Intern will assist in the day to day running of the theatre as well as supporting on specific projects where appropriate. This is a great opportunity to work in a busy theatre and learn by working alongside experienced practitioners working in the industry.
