Damien Tracey
With a shared passion for both writing and performing, Warde Street marks Damien’s ninth play to be professionally produced. Previous writing credits include: Faster Higher Stronger Straighter (Dominion Studio, Dominion Theatre) Oísín and Tir Na Nóg (Irish Tour), The Princess and The Dragon Wizard (Bunratty Castle), Chú Chullain (Irish Tour), Son of Derry Ruler of None (Cork Arts Theatre), Fionn Mac Cumhaill (Irish Tour), Why I Didn’t Kill Myself – A Comedy (Cork Arts Theatre) and Deidre Of Sorrows (Irish Tour). Previous producing credits include, Faster Higher Stronger Straighter (Dominion Studio), Warde Street (Tristan Bates), Why I didn’t Kill Myself A Comedy (Cork Arts Theatre), Cork Premiere of Roddy Doyles Brownbread at (Firkin Crane) and two productions of Son Of Derry Ruler Of None (Cork Arts Theatre). Jenny Eastop
Jenny has worked as Associate Director to Michael Blakemore on Blithe Spirit (Noel Coward), Gielgud Theatre, March-June 2014; Embers (Christopher Hampton), Duke of Yorks Theatre, West End; Democracy (Michael Frayn), National Theatre; Wyndham’s Theatre, West End; Broadway and Sydney Theatre Company, Australia; Afterlife (Michael Frayn) at the National Theatre; Three Sisters (Chekhov) at the Playhouse Theatre, West End. As Resident/Staff Director: Blue/Orange (Joe Penhall) at the Duchess Theatre and The Homecoming (Pinter) at the National Theatre, both to Roger Michell and The Devil Is an Ass (Ben Jonson) to Matthew Warchus for the RSC Jenny is the Director and Producer of Mercurius. Her most recent productions with the company are Thomas Middleton’s A Trick to Catch the Old One at The Rose Playhouse May 2014 (nomination for Off West End Best Actor and Editor’s Choice, EverythingTheatre), Anton Chekhov’s Vaudevilles (adapted by Michael Frayn) at Jermyn Street Theatre, Jan-Feb 2014, and Moliere’s School for Wives at the White Bear Theatre (nominations for Off West End Best Director and Best Actor, and Editor’s Choice, One Stop Arts). Jenny has also directed new writing for companies such as Paines Plough, Hull Truck, West Yorkshire Playhouse and London New Play Festival, including the premiere of Peter Nichols’ new play So Long Life at the Tobacco Factory, Bristol; Amy Rosenthal’s Henna Night at Leicester Square Theatre; Everlasting Rose (Judy Upton) at the Riverside Studios; Lady Chill (Kay Adshead) and Workers' Playtime (Toby Whithouse). For Shakespeare’s Globe various plays for the Read not Dead seasons and the main stage as part of Globe Education’s rolling programme. Siobhan Daly
Siobahn is the Executive Producer of Siobhan Daly Productions. At the Theatre Royal Haymarket, Siobhan worked alongside Sir Trevor Nunn and on productions such as Fatal Attraction, starring Natashca McElhone, Mark Bazeley and Kristin Davis, and the recent West End transfer from the Park Theatre, Daytona, starring Maureen Lipman, Harry Shearer and Oliver Cotton. During the 2013-2014 season, Siobhán was a judge for the Olivier Awards, sitting on the Opera Panel. Siobhán was a SOLT/ TMA Stage One Producer, selected as one of the top young producers in the UK and worked alongside Edward Snape (The Stage Top 100 Producers 2013 & 2014) at Fiery Angel on their Olivier Award winning productions The 39 Steps (tour & West End), Goodnight Mr Tom (tour & West End) and The Ladykillers (tour & West End). She is the Artistic Director and Producer of the award-nominated Grassroots Shakespeare London. Their recent sold-out production of Othello at Leicester Square Theatre, the only production of Shakespeare in the West End for the Bard's 450th birthday, starred the BBC's James Alexandrou and Ian Charleson Award nominee Nari Blair-Mangat. The company appeared with Damian Lewis at the Guildhall as guests of the City of London to mark the global celebrations. Siobhán worked at the BBC in departments including BBC Drama Production, primarily on Casualty in addition to script development and research alongside award winning drama producer Pier Wilkie, and in Commissioning for BBC Daytime. She worked in production for BBC Events on live outdoor broadcasts including Concert for Diana at Wembley starring Elton John, Live Earth at Wembley, headlined by Madonna, the Children in Need appeal nights and major royal and state ceremonial events including Trooping the Colour and HM The Queen’s Christmas Broadcast. At the Royal Opera House, Siobhán worked in cross-House project management, overseeing collaborations with The Royal Ballet and The Royal Opera on major projects such as the BP Big Screens, free live relays into Trafalgar Square and across the UK, and the International Olympic Committee’s Opening Ceremony starring Paloma Faith alongside opera legends Plácido Domingo, Bryn Terfel and Renee Fleming. As part of her passion to engage young people in the arts, Siobhán was the Chair of the English National Opera Young Patron’s programme, spearheading its redevelopment and growth. She was supported in her role by Sir Peter Balzalgette while he was the Chair of the ENO, now Chairman of the Arts Council. Siobhán is advocate for arts funding, equality, accessibility and promoting young talent.
Guy Ongley
Guy has worked on a host of West End shows and Number One tours as a Company Manager and Production Manager. These have included, We Will Rock You (Dominion Theatre) Sweet Charity (Theatre Royal Haymarket), Flashdance (Shaftsbury Theatre), Spamalot (Playhouse Theater / UK Tour), Cats (UK Tour), My Fair Lady (UK Tour), Chicago (UK Tour / Dubai), The Sound Of Music (Dubai).
Rhys McDowall
Training: BA (Hons) and PG Diploma in Theatre Production Arts at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts specialising in Design and Scenography. David Stone
David Is delighted to be re-joining Scéalta Móra for their production of Warde Street having previously worked with the company on Faster Higher Stronger Straighter at the Dominion Studio. David has a varied background in technical theatre, working in lighting, sound and video roles throughout his career. As a member of the team at The Dominion Theatre David has worked on a number of events, showcases and musical workshops; but definitely had the most fun designing the Front of House areas and party for West End Eurovision 2013. Prior to the Dominion, David worked at the Wycombe Swan theatre, receiving many #1 touring productions such as Beauty and the Beast, Witches of Eastwick, West Side Story and Dreamboats and Petticoats.
