STORYBOOK PLAYTIME for parents and their little ones (8months to 24 months)
What It Is
A week long play class from 11:30-12:30pm Monday to Friday
Build confidence, develop performance skills and learn teamwork
Who It’s For
This course is for parents with babies and little ones. It’s suitable for crawlers to walkers. The course is mulit-layered so each child will develop from it in their own own way. Parents are welcome to bring more than one child - do email us for any special requirements and any conditions that we may need to be aware of in preparation for the course.
This is more than just story time. We take an active journey into Francesca Simon’s story What’s That Noise? by using drama play with cuddly toys, song, sound, movement and plenty of sensory materials. Each day we dive further into the story. We end each session with a gentle relaxation.
To enhance the natural bond between parent and child, to develop vocal skills, motor skills, sensory development, to create positive interaction with other babies and young children, to engage with the parent’s imagination so they can take these skills into the home. We hope to make this a regular session - so if you can’t attend this week long course please do email your feedback/interest for future courses to: [email protected]
£25 for the week book online or £5 per day - pay per session is only bookable in person at the bar
NB: Don’t let the cost be a barrier to your child’s creativity… please email us to enquire about scholarships.
