What is it?

A regular 10-week term

These explorational acting courses are ideally suited for adults who are looking to build new skills using a full range of current theatre techniques. Ideal for anyone who is coming back to theatre after time away or for those who have always wanted to pursue their interest in theatre.

Goal

To explore a blend of theatrical styles whilst gaining confidence, performance skill and the ability to work in a team. To perform a showcase to the general public and take our performances out of the theatre into the greater community where the opportunity allows.

A practical course culminating in a sharing of work performed to a supportive audience. This group focuses upon the importance of ensemble work, and delves into acting techniques, vocal & physical warm-ups and acting games- picking a stimulus from a play on at Park Theatre and building it to devise a performance piece to present at the end of the 10 week course.
