Today we met with Kids With Guns – an exciting new writing company from New York.  Like the majority of theatre companies both here in London and across the pond, they don’t have a permanent base but produce shows at a number of venues. In most recent years they have established a good relationship with E59 Theatre (the home of the yearly Brits off Broadway season). We showed them the plans, gave them a tour of the building and chatted away about our aims and objectives. They are certainly interested in the possibility of bringing a show over here, and we spoke about looking into the mechanics of organising an exchange programme.

We head out to NY in June and are hoping to catch them then. Sadly they won’t have a production on at that time but they’ve offered to give us some recommendations.

An ever increasing to do list. The licensing application has been started, the second episode of our video diary nearly completed and notes for the new draft of a new musical are underway…

Loads more to do even after the above is complete and the scripts to read keep piling up.

10pm: time to…. do some more work!
