Sound Design and Composition for Theatre

What are the roles and responsibilities of a theatre sound designer?

Sound designer Nicola Chang, whose credits include deputy MD for SIX The Musical and who was a former member of the Old Vic 12, will walk you through the process of creating bold and emotive sound design idea that enhance and complement the drama onstage.

Nicola will give you an insight into her process, cover practical aspects of sound design for stage from initial script-reading to final performance, and explore the ways in which sound can support a theatre piece.
