Biographies

 

Angela Bull | Hilary

Angela has worked extensively throughout her career in many areas of the profession, from Motion Capture for X-Box to running her own theatre company and producing plays of critical acclaim.

Recent Theatre credits include: Helen of Troy (To The Moon), Crystal Springs, Skin Tight, Extremeties, Othello and Fun Like Stalingrad (Epsilon Productions), Elegies For Angels, Punks & Raging Queens (Chrysalis Productions), Recognition of Shakuntale (Grit Productions & Community 20), Hamlet (Twisted Elbow), Blood Wedding (CP Theatre Productions), The Way Of The World (Onatti Theatre Co.), God (Birmingham Stage Co.) and Sweeny Todd (Spotlighters).

Angela’s latest film credits are Dom for More Or Less Productions where she plays twins, the British indie flick 3 Stags with Fort Mark Films due for release later this year. Taxi-Playing Against The Clock for Bongo Reef Pictures winner of Best Picture at the Rob Knox Film Festival.

TV appearance includes Doctors and Dangerfield for the BBC.

Radio includes Postcards From A Cataclysm for Radio 4 and The Factory and a One Woman production The Desk for Promising Productions

 

Jesse Rutherford | Hendrix

Jesse graduated from Rose Bruford College last year. His theatre credits since graduating include: Blue Star Project (Dundee Rep), The Last Acceptable Victim (Theatre Royal Stratford East), Stranger on the Shore (Drayton Arms Gallery), The Visitor (Park Theatre) Love in the 21st Century (Hen and Chickens) The Nightingale and the Rose (Etc. Theatre). His credits at Rose Bruford include: Twelfth Night, Serjeant Musgrave's Dance by John Arden, Harvest by Richard Bean and Pornography by Simon Stephens among others. 

 

John Last | Leko

John is an award winning actor and film director winning awards for his short film, King John Act IV Scene I. John has also performed alongside Marc Warren in Do Elephants Pray?, Noel Clarke in Hammered and has written the animation, ‘Johnny & George’.

Theatre credits include Finian’s Rainbow (Charing Cross Theatre), Shakespeare’s King John (Union Theatre), The Shoemakers Holiday (RSC’s Dell) and the Edinburgh Ensemble nominated production of Guts (Theatre Workshop).

Working in the voiceover industry for a few years, you’ve probably heard John’s voice in one form or another. He currently works with Discovery and the newly launched TruTV.

 

Lucy Roslyn | Luminata

Since graduating from DSL, Lucy Roslyn's credits include Crystal Springs (Park Theatre) Mr Happiness & The Water Engine (Old Vic Tunnels); the improvised game of chance with the devil Money Vs Happiness (Nu:write Festival Zagreb & Batersea Art Centre); the one woman show Laundry (Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2010 & Waterloo East Theatre) and Blind Eye, the world's first interactive 3D cinema advert, for Woman's Aid

Lucy is also a playwright, and wrote and performed the critically acclaimed The State Vs John Hayes, a psychological thriller based on research into American killers awaiting execution (Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2013 & Ustinov Studio, Theatre Royal Bath). Her second play The Stooge debuted recently at the Tristan Bates, the first of a series of plays set in the darkly comic Boondog Circus in 1930's America. 

She plays alto saxophone, often guesting with Jonny & The Baptists, and is also an illustrator.

 

Millie Reeves | Katie

Millie's Theatre background was first established in Comedy after leaving East 15 Acting School with self devised and produced show Caviar & Chips that went to both The Edinburgh and The Brighton Fringe Festival before embarking on an International tour. Millie went onto performed in hit 80's Comedy Umbrage Swain which opened many doors into Film, T.V and Online work. She was then asked to star in Piece of Cake on behalf of Equal Writes to open the important discussion on giving Women more opportunities on and off stage in the industry. Millie then began her journey with Ugly Sister Productions and has starred in many of their incredible projects including People Will See Me and Cry, Monologue (Arcola) and Chapter2 (New Diorama) in Pieces. Currently Millie is working on another self devised physical play is thrilled to be working on Anna Jordan's Chicken Shop.
