Natasha founded a non-profit youth theatre company in her home town in India aged 17 and began teaching performance and confidence technique as well as directing adaptations of well known plays, encouraging school and college students from both public and private institutes to explore their talents in the arts.  

Many youngsters she worked with began their discovery of the arts within her company and went on to pursue theatre, graphic design, musical theatre and film in prestigious universities in USA and U.K. Including TISCH NYU, UCLA and Loughborough University. Some even went on to gain roles in the South Indian film industry. Alongside this, Natasha qualified in Film and Creative Writing from Queen Mary, University of London as well as  Piano Forte (Grade 6) and Singing (Grade 8), Keys Western Music Academy, Associated Board for The Royal Schools of Music

Since then, she has been facilitating and leading the Creative Learning Program at The Park Theatre since 2015 and has also taught with many youth programs and primary schools.
