OLYMPIC FEVER

As the final two days of the Olympics approach it's amazing to think just how much preparation has gone into ensuring the world experiences a marvellous two weeks of sport. At the beginning of last week we saw Danny Boyle's spectacular opening ceremony and the days since then seem to have run more smoothly than perhaps anyone expected. It's been an immense effort; four years in the making, millions of pounds and colossal effort from so many people. Not dissimilar to another project I can think of. I'm thankful that we'll all be able to enjoy Park Theatre for more than just two weeks...
