NOW IS THE WINTER OF MY DISCONTENT

Another snowy day and London grinds to a halt. The transport system slows down and everybody is late or, worse, unable to reach their destination. Christina’s flight to France from Stanstead is cancelled. Even our supermarket delivery is unable to be delivered. Didn’t exactly the same thing happen last year with all the same results? Won’t exact the same happen next? C’mon England! I don’t think we built an empire based on this lack of care and organisation.

Anyhow, warm within our home, we had a productive day with Christina, achieving a multitude of tasks.

Just returned home from seeing some short new plays at the Bush.
